The Downstairs Lounge is our main bar floor, low-lit, intimate, and built for a crowd that wants to actually talk. It's the right fit for smaller gatherings, cocktail hours, and buyouts where atmosphere does the heavy lifting.
The Loft at Water Street is upstairs and opens things up with a connection to the outdoor patio space and a view of the city. A dedicated stage, dance floor, and full-service bar make it ideal for live music showcases, DJ nights, birthday parties, and any event where you want real energy in the room. It's also available as a standalone rental for groups who want their own space without booking out the whole venue.
